Knowing yourself is a fundamental process in personal and emotional development. Often, we tend to immerse ourselves in the daily routine without taking the time to reflect on who we really are, what our beliefs, values and aspirations are. To deepen this self-knowledge, I propose a series of 30 questions that will help you explore different aspects of your life, personality and emotions. Answering these questions honestly and sincerely can give you greater clarity about yourself and what you really want in life.
Exploring your identity
1. Who are you right now?
This question invites you to reflect on how you define yourself in the present, your roles, your main characteristics, and how you perceive yourself.
2. What are your core values?
Identifying what your core values are will help you understand what guides you in life and what is really important to you.
3. What makes you really happy?
Reflect on the things or activities that truly make you feel happy and fulfilled. Knowing this will allow you to incorporate more of those experiences into your daily life.
4. What makes you feel sad or frustrated?
Explore your negative emotions to understand what situations or circumstances affect you deeply and how you can better manage those emotions.
5. What are your short- and long-term goals?
Define what your short- and long-term goals are, and how you plan to achieve them. This will help you keep focus on what you really want to achieve.

6. What type of relationships bring you the most happiness?
Identify what characteristics you value in your personal relationships and what type of people make you feel good about yourself.
7. Which people influence your life the most?
Reflect on the people who have a significant impact on your life, whether positively or negatively, and how their presence affects you in your daily life.
8. What aspects of your relationships would you like to improve?
Analyze what areas of your personal relationships you would like to strengthen or improve, and what steps you can take to achieve this.
9. How do you relate to yourself in your internal dialogue?
Observe how you talk to yourself in your internal dialogue and reflect on whether that dialogue is positive and constructive or if it tends to be critical and destructive.
10. What qualities do you admire in others?
Identify the qualities in others that you admire and reflect on whether those qualities are a reflection of aspects that you also value in yourself.
